Facilities Services Director
Deerfield Episcopal Retirement Community is seeking a Facilities Services Director. The position is responsible for overall leadership and direction of the facilities services department. This comprehensive role includes maintenance, grounds, capital projects, refurbishing, security, and fleet vehicles. This position assists administration in the strategic planning, accreditation processes, and Medicare compliance as it pertains to the facilities and physical plant of the campus. In addition, this position represents the campus and provides oversight and coordination of some or all aspects of the construction as directed by Chief Executive Officer. The facilities services director is responsible for assuring compliance with all applicable local, state and federal statutes and conformance with campus safety programs. The position is a management position responsible for planning, coordinating, implementing and assessing all areas of facilities management.
